I am looking for 2 clients that will receive a completely free nutritional consultation with me and a 16 week workout plan / diet plan. The 16 weeks would start in early February and go until May, just in time for summer. Again, there would be no charge for this at all and you would receive full support from me the entire time.
Quick summary of what this will consist of:
-3 days a week in the gym lifting heavy objects and putting them down (30-45 min)
-Changing what you eat
-Changing when you eat
